Boat brought in 2020, not sailed much since, currently lying ashore in Keyhaven.
 
She was used as AirBnb Accommodation with an interior refurb 2020.
 
The boat was stored out of the water over the winter of 2021/22 and antifouled.  When out of water the keels and hull all looked in good condition (Oct-April 2022)
She has been static in the water since April 22 - Oct 23 being used as an Airbnb business.
 
On board she has:
Electric induction hob in situ, and electric kettle. 
Gas supply easy to restore back to original system.
Cooking and crockery all included.
Underseat cool box
Inside the cushions are blue, brown leather underneath
Roof lining is cream
Floor is a rubber vinyl
Toilet still plumbed in just boxed over, as not used.
 
Boat includes main sails and head sail.
The outside has a full cockpit tent in beige canvas.
No radio or GPS in situ
 
She has a diesel Yanmar 2GM20, installed in 2006 complete with  paperwork.
The boat was moved by engine regularly to fill up with water.
It comes with a valuation report dated 2007. 
But no other information on boat.
